Fantastic!!! I love the movement and expression in this antelope dance that you have conveyed with such delicate flare and zest! Your wonderful detailed description is an education and a joy! Thank you for spending the time to tell us more about these cultural treasures of Africa. In some ways I am reminded of my experiences with Hopi, Arapaho and Lakota friends who most warmly and generously hosted my family during ceremonials such as the Hopi Basket Dance, Corn Dance, the Lakota Sun Dance, and the PowWow of the Arapaho. All these dances feature inspirations from the world of animals, and like the African dances serve to preserve culture as well as the livelihood of tribal craftspeople. The movement and emotion you have expressed in this drawing captures the very essence of these important human creations!
